The new compact Series 400 Smart electric actuator a bright OLED screen that provides the user with actuator status information, and used in conjunction with external push buttons, allows local control and many parameters and functional adjustment options. Select a tab below for full details. 400Nm torque output, manual override, internal space heater, and IP67 ABS housing as standard. F07/10 x 22mm ISO 5211 for direct mount to your valve. Available 95-265VAC or 24VAC/DC, 12VDC. With an LED status light for Open, Close and Alert for overtorque/ valve jam conditions. Temperature and Humidty sensors. Declutchable manual override selector button.

The low voltage AV actuator accepts 24V AC or DC, and 12V DC, the high voltage version accepts 95-250V AC. Series 400 actuators are supplied pre-wired with a  multi-core cable.

Taking full advantage of the magnetic position sensing technology, the Series 400 electric actuator is driven to a position proportional to an input control signal. Control signals can be 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, 2-10V. The AV actuator stays put on loss of external power.

Using the external push buttons in combination with the bright OLED screen, users can pre-set on which day and at which time a Series 400 electric actuator opens, and closes. This eliminates the additional cost of installing timers in systems controlling AVA electric actuators.

Opportunities and applications are increasing constantly for wirelessly operated electric actuators as customers see the reduced installation cost as control wiring is eliminated. The standard production Series 400 Smart wireless actuator, which includes an option of a 1.5km wireless range, enables customers to take full advantage of this fast growing market.

For bus communication systems that facilitate computer control of many actuators connected over a 2 wire system, Series 400 Smart actuator is available with either Modbus protocol over RS485, or Canbus 2.

New for 2021 is our LED status light, Green for Open, Red for closed and Blue for Alert such as valve jam. Coming to Series 20 and 80-110 models Q2 2021.

New for the Series 200-400, declutchable gearbox selector button in cover of actuator. 

New for the 200 and 400Nm series, our new Sensor Technology monitors ambient temperature and hummidty. The actuator motor is also being monitored.
