Product details

The AVA B110 is our Basic 110Nm entry-level electric actuator. The B110 Series offers 110Nm torque output as standard, with an IP67 rated ABS housing, manual override, end of travel limit switches and internal heater. The actuator is to be used for ball and butterfly valves and has an ISO 5211 with F05/07 x 17mm mounting for direct mount to valves. The standard function is On Off. 

The AVA B110 is also available as a Failsafe function using internal Super Capacitors. Our failsafe actuators are supplied fail closed as standard with an option of fail open on request. 

Hi Speed option available for 5-6 second run time open and close.

Product options

LED Status light shows the current actuator status, Green is Open, Red is Closed. 

Failsafe functionality via internal super capacitor. Actuator will charge the capacitor using incoming power supply, actuator will then operate as usual power open and power close. On power loss actuator fail to open or closed position via the capacitor. Please ensure that the actuator receives sufficient charge (recommended initial charge time of around 1 minute). 

Hi Speed series allows the run time for open and close to be reduced from the standard run time of around 10-12 seconds to 5-6 seconds.
