The team behind the AVA brand of electric actuators have vast experience in the electric actuator valve market. With over 20 years combined experience, the team have worked with some of the leading brands from around the world to create arguable the most feature rich, compact electric actuator in the world. The years of experience have helped continuously develop the actuators to add additional features and functionality. Tested and approved for use by some of the leading companies in the world including the market leaders in valve manufacturing, AVA of electric actuators are a high-quality product range. In some cases, tested to over 1 million operations, AVA product is installed all over the world.
AVA are an ISO 9001-2015 certified company and all products have been independently tested and approved by TUV to the very latest CE standards. This ensures that both the product, and the processes for pre and post sales work to the highest quality standards. Full in-house testing, valve assembly and inspection ensure product is fully tested ahead of shipping to the customer. Full pre and post sales technical support ensure you buy the right actuator for your application. Our skilled engineers offer in house customisation to meet the customers requirement. Highly skilled engineers design, develop and manufacturer the actuators at our location in Asia to our exact specifications with finished product held in the UK and at our new Spanish location in Barcelona.
About the Product
Offering 10Nm to 400Nm in a compact housing, PC+PET plastic housing and aluminium covers available (note aluminium only available up to 110Nm currently). AVA can offer On Off, Failsafe, Modulating, Hi Speed, Modbus, Multi Turn, Timer functionality and more. Available in 12VDC, 24VAC/DC and 95-265VAC voltage ranges, all actuators offer standard features such as manual override via allen key, end of travel confirmation, electronic torque limiter, ISO 5211 valve mounting and internal anti condensation heater system.
Failsafe via super capacitor, hi speed opening and closing, digital encoder and OLED screen with local control are just some of the features that make us unique. The AVA is different to the standard offering from most in the electric valve actuator market. With high levels of accuracy, programable settings, make our actuators the perfect choice for your application. From ball valves and butterfly valves to dampers for HVAC, to our Multi Turn actuators for your Gate valves, Knife Gate valves or Diaphragm valve applications.
Our actuators are being developed to include increased torque output with a new 1000-2000Nm actuator range and UL/CSA approval for our USA and Canadian customers coming soon.

AVA has grown its Global Distribution throughout the years, AVA now has official distributors all over the world including Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. AVA carry a large amount of stock at its UK head office with a new sales and stock location launched in Spain in 2022.
